At Norselake.com you can pay in SEK securely and safely with Payson for orders in Sweden. You can pay by card, invoice, installment and bank transfer. At the moment you can pay with the following cards, Visa & Mastercard. All payment options are always free of charge on our part. For other forms of payment than card payment, additional charges may apply from Payson.
With Stripe you can pay in SEK or Euro using Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
With Paypal you can pay in SEK or Euro using Visa, Mastercard or American Express. You can also pay with your Paypal account.
Delivery time is usually 2-4 working days in Sweden. For international order delivery time is usually 3-7 working days.
Shipping costs within Sweden
Shipping is free of charge within Sweden. In case of returns the customer pays the return shipping.
Shipping costs to other countries
We apply a fixed shipping cost of 99 SEK for International orders.
Mode of delivery
For deliveries within Sweden all shipments are dispatched by DHL and can be picked up at a DHL Service Point (delivery point) close to your home address. You will receive a text message when your goods are available at the delivery point. For International orders goods are dispatched by either DHL or Fedex.
Exchanges and returns
Right to return
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt of the item. The goods must be unused and packed in an undamaged original package for a return to be approved.
If you choose to return your order, you the customer must pay for the return shipping. We recommend that you send it traceable since we do not refund the money if the package has been lost during transport.

Refund occurs when we receive the returned item. We will refund the full amount paid for the item excluding shipping. It may take up to 14 days for the money to appear on your account,

If you have chosen invoice or partial payment as your payment option and wish to return or exchange a product, you still have the responsibility to pay the invoice within the due date. Otherwise, Payson may charge you a reminder fee.
Terms & Conditions
Once you have completed your purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided when ordering. If you do not receive an order confirmation the day you made your order, please contact us, which may mean you have entered the wrong email address. When your goods are dispatched, an order update will be sent to you by email. If you have chosen Payson Invoice or Payson Part payment as your payment method, you can also have your invoice sent to your e-mail.
Packages not retrieved
If you have a delivered package that you did not collect, it will be returned to us after 14 days. If we receive goods that have not been redeemed from the delivery point, we will deduct 200 SEK from your refund. This charge is meant to cover return shipping and administrative work. Unretrieved packages are not covered by the Right to return mentioned above.

The personal data you provide at the time of purchase are stored in Norselake’s customer register. The data is protected under the Swedish Personal Data Act (PUL) and is never disclosed to third parties. Your data is only used by Norselake to facilitate our customer contact.
We follow the Swedish Consumer Agency’s rules for e-commerce and returns. You have to be over 18 years old to shop with us. All prices are incl. VAT. We reserve the right to misprints as well as for possible price and correction errors. For technical reasons, the colors on the website may differ slightly from the way they are perceived in reality.
