What is Norselake.com?

Norselake.com was established in 2016, we are distributor and retailer of carefully selected consumer products. Norselake’s ambition is to provide the Nordic region with exciting and innovative products. We are constantly looking for new products to market and interesting companies to cooperate with.

What is Keep Pursuing (KP)?

Keep Pursuing is our first partner. KP is a young and fast growing company based in Monterey Park, California, USA. KP’s growth accelerated in connection with the launch of KP Sling on the crowdfunding site Kickstarter. KP Sling was one of the most successful launches on the site. The successes continued in connection with the launch of KP Duffle, which was also launched on Kickstarter. KP Duffle was pre-booked in over 3500 copies during the first 30 days. Can I order if I live outside Sweden?

Yes we deliver to all countries in Europe. Please note that extra charges might apply if you do not live in a country that is part of the European Union.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free for orders delivered within Sweden. For International order we charge a fixed shipping fee of 99 SEK (approx. 10 Euro).

How long is your delivery time?

For national orders within Sweden delivery time is usually 2-4 business days. For international order delivery time is usually 3-7 business days.

If you have preordered an item that is not in stock, delivery time will be longer than 4 business days. Please visit the product page for more information about the expected delivery date.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please contact info@norselake.com immediately to change an order, always enter the order number for the order change. The order can still be canceled if it has not already been handled by our warehouse.

How will my order be delivered?

For others delivered to Sweden we use DHL servicepoint. For international order we use Fedex economy or DHL.

How long do I have to pick up my package?

(Sweden only) Your package remains with the representative for 14 days. Once 14 days have passed, your package will be returned to us. If you do not pick up your delivered package, you will be charged 99 SEK for return and administrative work.

What do I do if something is missing or wrong with the delivery?

If something is missing or wrong with delivery, please contact info@norselake.com immediately so we can check what’s happening.

What payment method can I choose?

At Norselake.com you pay securely with Stripe, Paypal or Payson (Sweden only). We accept all major credit cards.

What are the payment options?

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. In Sweden you can also pay by invoice, part payment and direct transfer. All payment options are always free of charge on our part. For other forms of payment than card payment, additional charges may apply from Payson.

Can I choose invoice as payment option and then another shipping address?

Yes if you are paying with Payson and have access to “Bank ID” you can use that to change and verify your new adress at the last step of the checkout process. Please note that yous still need to enter the postal code to your registered adress in the first part of the checkout process.

What do I do if I want to exchange / return a product I bought?

You have full exchange and return right within 14 days of receipt of the item. You can choose to exchange to another item or get the money back.

All returned items must be unused and packaged in the original package. Damaged or used goods are not accepted.

In case you return a product, you the buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping. We strongly recommend that you send it traceable since we do not refund the money if the package has been lost on the road.
